We Make Switching Easy
It's free to start! There are no start-up or investment costs. Practices' make a nominal per doctor deposit that is credited against their first month's flat fee, simply evidencing a commitment to proceed, as the costs ClickFreeMD absorbs before the service launch date are substantial.
There's no special hardware or software to buy, maintain or manage. Our entirely web-based system simply requires that you can access a web browser which can usually be achieved using the same technology the practice has in place today. Where changes are merited, we make those recommendations and these don't amount to consequent costs
Our service agreement is designed to give our practices complete flexibility. In the first year, following ninety days notice you can opt out of the agreement, at anytime. The balance of the term gives you the flexibility you need, so that if you're with us, you want to be.
All the set-up and training you need is included. We design an implementation plan to fit your schedule, resources, and needs. Multiple training options support different schedules and roles. Physicians and staff receive personal training, access self-paced online learning, and train virtually with GoToMeeting.
We do all the upfront work to customize the system to work best for your practice. We pre-populate the system with claims rules, fee schedules, common treatment and diagnostic codes you use, customize templates and schedules appropriate for your practice, as well as, load all of the necessary practice data. We make sure you're set up to maximize all payer offered electronic transaction services including funds transfer, remittance advice, patient insurance eligibility checking and much more.
When we go live, you'll be ready. Our account manager, assigned to your practice, will be accountable for managing your transition and monitoring the key financial metrics and performance indicators to ensure your post transition success. Your account manger will consult you on how we'll achieve a smooth transition without cash flow impact while maximizing the system's capabilities and your results. FLAT FEE PRICING
What start-up costs do I pay?
Zero, we don’t charge start-up fees. We collect a fully refundable deposit of $750 for the first physician, and $500 for any others when you sign a service agreement. The deposit is credited back to you against your service charges. The refundable deposit simply evidences your desire to proceed, as the start-up investment we make is substantial.
Is the flat fee quote on this website what I would pay monthly?
Yes, the quote on this website is the monthly flat fee you would pay for all of our services.
What if we add an MD later, after we agree to the flat fee?
Simple. Divide your flat fee by the number of MDs we currently serve and then subtract $50. This is the monthly flat fee you pay for each added MD. Each MD you add costs successively less.
What if we really want a percentage fee instead of a flat fee?
Our pricing is a tremendous value for our practices and the features and benefits we provide are optimized in a flat fee price. However, we will propose a percentage fee, if that is your preference.
When do you start charging the flat fee?
The commencement date for our billing is the day ClickFreeMD submits your first claim for payment to an insurance company using our systems. Your first invoice is rendered 30 days after that, as we bill in arrears, a standard industry convention.
How do you determine the flat fee?
Using the operating experience that comes from serving hundreds of providers in the last decade, we have organized our people, processes and technology in a way that allows us to apply a holistic flat fee price that accounts for the relative and very specific activity levels that can be extrapolated from some practice variables you provide considering the need to ensure that service quality is the highest and the price is the lowest.
What if my practice revenue falls for an unforeseen reason or Medicare cuts their compensation?
Our Agreement includes a provision for this, so that your flat fee is adjusted pro-rata for any on-going drop in your revenues that is consequential, such as a Medicare fee cut or other unforeseen event. This protects your earning power and assures you that our flat fee price will always be the lowest.
What if I want to add EHR software?
If you use AdvancedMD EHR, this can be added with no start-up cost, is fully intergrated with the practice management system and we simply adjust the flat fee by a pre-agreed incremental amount to account for this whenever you start using it. Most practices prefer to have a separate cost for this as they are evaluating all options and in many cases not ready for it, so we don’t include the incremental price for it in our flat fee quote on the site.

Why is using AdvancedMD software better than a proprietary or regional software?
AdvancedMD is owned by ADP and AdvancedMD serves tens of thousands of diverse healthcare clients and is in the industry vanguard.
The problem with one company that provides its own proprietary software and medical billing or business services is that if you decide that you want to in source or are unhappy with their “service”, you can’t continue to use the software if you are not using their services. This forces you to put your practice through a software and service transition all over again.
We believe your practice’s best interests are served by a model, like ours, where our software is produced by a nationally recognized leader committed to maintaining best in class status, is fully resourced and, if you discontinue our service you can continue to use the software.
Who owns my customer and practice data?
You always retain exclusive ownership and the right to authorize all access to your information. Our interest in this information is only for the purpose of providing the specific HIPAA compliant business services you contract for. If you were to terminate your agreement with us, you retain the data and it is provided in a standard data convention to you for your continued use.
Where do you offer your service and for what specialties?
Our service works anywhere in the United States and for any medical specialty.
ELECTRONIC HEALTH RECORDS
Will your system qualify for the stimulus money and meet all of the meaningful use requirements?
We offer an optional free-to-start EHR add-on from AdvancedMD for a nominal monthly fee and which is guaranteed by AdvancedMD to meet all necessary certifications as administered by CCHIT and include all the meaningful use reporting necessary to earn the full stimulus funds.
What if we want to use a different EHR system?
We can accommodate connectivity to an alternative EHR system if that is your preference and can determine this upfront. Connectivity allows us to exchange information between systems with no effect on the balance of the services (practice management, billing, etc.) we provide.
Can I use your EHR system and not your practice management system?
No , one of the many benefits of the EHR system that we offer is that it is fully integrated with the practice management system. While the practice management system is free standing and does not require that you use the EHR system, we don’t support the EHR system standing alone from the practice management application.
